General Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via safeview.nl.

Article 2 – Applicability

These conditions apply to every offer from SafeView and to every distance contract concluded between SafeView and the consumer.

Article 3 – Offer and prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. SafeView reserves the right to change prices. Obvious errors in the price quotation are not binding on SafeView.

Article 4 – Order and payment

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Payment must be made via the offered payment methods. In case of non-payment, SafeView reserves the right to cancel the order.

Article 5 – Delivery

SafeView strives to ship orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times are indicative. In case of delay, the consumer will be informed as soon as possible.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days after receipt of the product, without stating reasons. Return costs are for the account of the consumer. See also our return policy.

Article 7 – Warranty

SafeView guarantees the soundness of the delivered products. In case of defects, the consumer must inform SafeView within a reasonable time after discovery via safeviewcams@gmail.com.

Article 8 – Liability

SafeView is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage due to incorrect use of the product. Liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product concerned.
