At SafeView, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, it may happen that you wish to return a purchase. Below you will find our return conditions.

Cooling-off period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.

Conditions for return

The product is unused and in its original condition
The product is in its original, undamaged packaging
All accessories and included parts are present
Damaged or used products will not be accepted

Return costs

The costs for returning a product are at the customer's expense. We do not reimburse return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

You will receive return instructions from us
Send the product well-packaged to the given address

Refund

After receiving and checking the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method.

Received a defective or incorrect product?

Have you received a defective or incorrect product? Please contact us immediately at safeviewcams@gmail.com. In that case, we will also reimburse the return costs and ensure a quick solution.
